For this client, the firm developed advisory and design services for the ten year expansion master plan of an existing food manufacturing facility. The scope included the design of warehouse areas and improvements to HVAC systems, supporting the facility’s future operational and infrastructure requirements.
The project required a long term view of production growth, space utilization, technical systems and operational continuity. Through an integrated design approach, the team helped define a practical expansion roadmap, aligning current facility conditions with future capacity, functionality and adaptability needs.
