Bayer

For this project, the firm provided integrated design and advisory services for the client’s first facility of this scale in Latin America. The scope included site selection support, site infrastructure design, including retention ponds, wastewater treatment plant, parking areas and internal roads, as well as the design of the industrial building and its tenant improvements.

The project incorporated technically demanding areas such as cleanrooms, warehouses, cafeteria spaces and mezzanines, requiring close coordination across architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical disciplines. The team also supported the product transfer process from the client’s facility in Finland, aligning the design with operational, regulatory and production requirements from the early stages of the project.

Project highlights

  • Large-scale manufacturing project in life sciences, for which Ingenya was awarded in competition with international firms.

  • A local strategic partner supporting the client from early conceptual planning through coordination with international teams.
