For this client, the firm developed the tenant improvement design for an industrial building of approximately 107,600 sq ft (10,000 m²). The project incorporated production areas, an ISO classified room, office spaces and cafeteria areas, requiring the adaptation of the facility to support a specialized manufacturing operation.

The scope required careful coordination between production needs, support areas, workplace spaces and the technical systems needed for reliable daily operation. Through an integrated design approach, the team helped prepare the facility for functionality, operational continuity and future adaptability within a technically demanding life sciences environment.
