For this client, the firm developed the tenant improvement design for a manufacturing facility of approximately 39,800 sq ft (3,700 m²), planned with the possibility of future expansion. The project incorporated production areas, service spaces and cafeteria areas, requiring a design approach capable of supporting current operational needs while preserving flexibility for future growth.
The scope required careful coordination between production flows, support areas, workplace functions and the technical systems needed for a reliable daily operation. Through an integrated design approach, the team helped adapt the facility to support functionality, operational continuity and long term scalability.
