Feasibility, integrated design and construction supervision for life sciences facility
Integrated Design · Construction Inspection · Consulting
Costa Rica
For this client, the firm participated in the feasibility study, conceptual planning, building shell design, tenant improvements and construction supervision for one of its largest manufacturing facilities in Costa Rica. The project included large scale cleanrooms, office areas and operational support spaces within an industrial building of approximately 538,000 sq ft (50,000 m²).
The scope required a high level of coordination across architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical disciplines, aligning the early project definition with the technical demands of a complex manufacturing environment. Through an integrated design approach, the team supported a facility planned for operational reliability, regulatory alignment and long term adaptability.
