For this client, the firm participated in the building shell design and tenant improvements for an industrial sterilization system of unprecedented scale in Costa Rica. The project required close coordination with an international firm specialized in industrial sterilization, ensuring that the architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical design criteria were aligned with the technical requirements of this highly specialized process.
The scope demanded careful integration between the new infrastructure, the sterilization process, supporting systems and the operational needs of an active life sciences manufacturing environment. Through an integrated design approach, the team contributed to a facility component planned for performance, reliability and technical compliance.
