For this client, the firm has provided design, advisory and construction supervision services for multiple projects within its manufacturing facility in Cartago, Costa Rica. The scope has included cleanrooms, warehouses, training centers, office areas and service spaces, as well as improvements to mechanical systems, compressed air infrastructure and operational support areas.
Working within an active manufacturing environment requires a high level of technical coordination, planning and sensitivity to operational continuity. Each intervention has been approached with an integrated design mindset, aligning architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical criteria to support the facility’s performance, reliability and future adaptability.
