For this client, the firm developed the building shell and tenant improvement design for a production facility of approximately 60,300 sq ft (5,600 m²), located in Costa Rica Green Valley, in Grecia, Alajuela.
The project required the coordination of architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical criteria to support a specialized healthcare packaging operation within a Class A industrial environment. Through an integrated design approach, the team helped establish a functional and reliable facility foundation, prepared to support production requirements, operational efficiency and future adaptability.
